Stair Intervals

We had a fantastic session of stair intervals last night. Everyone put in some great splits and, dare I say, enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I think this workout is a good benchmark workout to do on occasion and keep good track of splits. While it doesn't involve any upper body work, it is just a simple matter of going as hard and as fast as you can for every step. Which means it is easy to compare performance if you do it every few months. Anyway, here's what you came for:

Sums up how you feel at about number 5

And here's the splits, there were only two timers so some people had to estimate:
Travis: 0:42.4 / 0:46.7 / 0:46.0 / 0:47.6 / 0:47.6 / 0:49.2 / 0:49.9 / 0:47.6 / 0:48.2 / 0:49.7
Erich: No timer so didn't get any times
Bruno: 0:45.0 / 0:49.3 / 0:52.5 / 0:53.1 / 0:53.8 / 0:53.5 / 0:56.5 / 0:57.4 / 0:56.7 : 0:52.3
Dion: ? / 0:49 / 0:49 / 0:51 / 0:53 / 0:51 / 0:51 / 0:53 / 0:55 / 0:55
Steve: ? / 0:51 / 0:56 / 1:02 / 0:58 / 0:57 / 1:06 / 1:05 / 1:10 / 1:17 (I just recalled that it was Steve that ran the last one with a pack)

Nice job, I think all the splits were better than the first time I tried this workout.
